Alex Alderson (Senior Tech Writer)Prior to writing and translating for Notebookcheck, I worked for various companies including Apple and Neowin. I have a BA in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds, which I have since converted to a Law Degree. Happy to chat on Twitter or Notebookchat.
Alexander Fagot (Managing Editor News)As a young tech enthusiast with a history involving assembling and overclocking projects, I ended up working as a projectionist with good old 35-mm films before I entered the computer world at a professional level. I assisted customers at an Austrian IT service provider called Iphos IT Solutions for seven years, working as a Windows client and server administrator as well as a project manager. As a freelancer who travels a lot, I have been able to write for Notebookcheck from all corners of the world since 2016. My articles cover brand-new mobile technologies in smartphones, laptops, and gadgets of all kinds.
Alex Wätzel (Tech Writer)Usually my first coffee is accompanied by photoshop on my pc for the majority of my workday. After an average of 5 cups and about 8-10h later I switch from the adobe suite to steam or the xbox game pass. I startet my career as a professional retoucher more than 10 years ago still on a mac. After a few years I transitioned back to windows machines for a number of reasons. The new found freedom when it comes to hardware got me into building my own workstations and also allowed me to get familier with professional grade laptops and well, it also got me gaming again. Since my job only requires a speedy laptop and reliable internet connection, I took full advantage of it and travelled all over the world while working remotely. I always like a challenge and try to push myself whenever possible. Lately that meant getting more familiar and proficient with video production and of course starting to write for Notebookcheck.
Allen Ngo (Lead Editor U.S.)After graduating with a B.S. in environmental hydrodynamics from the University of California, I studied reactor physics to become licensed by the U.S. NRC to operate nuclear reactors. There's a striking level of appreciation you gain for everyday consumer electronics after working with modern nuclear reactivity systems astonishingly powered by computers from the 80s. When I'm not managing day-to-day activities and US review articles on Notebookcheck, you can catch me following the eSports scene and the latest gaming news.
Andrea Grüblinger (Tech Writer)
Andreas Osthoff (Managing Editor Business Laptops)I grew up with modern consumer electronics and my first computer was a Commodore C64, which encouraged my interest in building my own systems. I started working as a review editor for Notebookcheck during my dual studies at Siemens. Currently, I am mainly responsible for dealing with business laptops and mobile workstations. It’s a great experience to be able to review the latest devices and technologies and then compare them with each other.
Andreas Sebayang (Tech Writer)I’ve been involved in the IT business for over 20 years, first as a Sysadmin (Mac & PC; 2000-2014) and then as a journalist (2005 onwards). I have attended many industry events, such as IDF, Displayweek, Computex, CES, and IFA, to cover subjects like mobile and local networks, Bluetooth standards, and developments in the mobile sector. Since 2017 I have also worked as an aviation journalist, which involves traveling around the world reporting about both planes and trains.
Andrew Dickson (Translator)My lifelong passion for tech was born in a gadget-filled household in Scotland. From games consoles to cameras to computers. Early adopters, so early the phrase might have been coined with our family in mind. On finishing school, I trained and qualified as a golf professional before moving to Germany, where I have worked and lived for over 30 years. In 2002, I formed a successful English language centre, providing training, translations and digital learning systems to numerous businesses in the Rhein Neckar metropole area. Whether augmented or virtual reality, smart devices, mobile technology, sustainable environmental solutions, the tech world is as exciting now as it has ever been. Working with Notebookcheck allows me to combine my love of both tech and language.
Anil Ganti (Senior Tech Writer)I've been an avid PC gamer since the age of 8. My passion for gaming eventually pushed me towards general tech, and I got my first writing gig at the age of 19. I have a degree in mechanical engineering and have worked in the manufacturing industry and a few other publications like Wccftech before joining Notebookcheck in November 2019. I cover a variety of topics including smartphones, gaming, and computer hardware.
Anton Avdyushkin (Translator)
Arjun Krishna (Tech Writer)I've had a passion for PC gaming since 1996, when I watched my dad score frags in Quake as a 1 year-old. I've gone on to become a Penguin-published author and tech journalist. Apart from working as an editor at Notebookcheck, I write for outlets including TechSpot and Gamingbolt. I’m the Director of Content at Flying V Group, one of the top 5 digital marketing agencies in Orange County. When I'm not traveling the world, gathering stories for my next book, you can find me tinkering with my PC.
Benedikt Winkel (Tech Writer)Technology and journalism have always come together in my past. However, it was mostly cars and motorcycles that I put under the microscope. Since my active triathlon days, I've been a fan of sports watches and smartwatches - triathlon is history for me, but the enthusiasm for watches is still there. That's why, in parallel to my dissertation in theology, I write at Notebookcheck mainly about smartwatches, but also about other news and technology that interests me.
Benjamin Herzig (Managing Editor)I was an ardent reader of Notebookcheck’s laptop reviews even back in school. After writing reviews as a hobby, I then joined Notebookcheck in 2016 and have worked on device reviews and news articles ever since then. My personal interest lies more with laptops than smartphones, with business laptops being the most interesting category for me. Technology should make our lives and work easier and good laptops are an essential tool for that to happen. This is why laptop reviews are not just my work but are also my passion.
Bogdan Solca (Senior Tech Writer)I first stepped into the wondrous IT&C world when I was around seven years old. I was instantly fascinated by computerized graphics, whether they were from games or 3D applications like 3D Max. I'm also an avid reader of science fiction, an astrophysics aficionado, and a crypto geek. I started writing PC-related articles for Softpedia and a few blogs back in 2006. I joined the Notebookcheck team in the summer of 2017 and am currently a senior tech writer mostly covering processor, GPU, and laptop news.
Brian Burriston (Proofreader)
Carmen Pol (Translator)Having spent the greater part of my early years in Germany facilitated my upbringing as a bilingual kid. In 2007, I found myself having to reinstall my Windows weekly ... So, one day I bought a MacBook Black. It was during this period that I developed a profound appreciation for technology, which significantly improved my life.
Christian Hintze (Managing Editor)A C64 marked my entry into the world of PCs. I spent my student internship in the repair department of a computer shop and at the end of the day I was allowed to assemble my own 486 PC from “workshop remnants”. As a result of this, I later studied computer science at the Humboldt University in Berlin, with psychology also being added to my studies. After my first job as a research assistant at the university, I went to London for a year and worked for Sega in computer game translation quality assurance. This included working on games such as Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed and Company of Heroes. I have been writing for Notebookcheck since 2017.
Codrut Nistor (Senior Tech Writer)In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
Cornelius Wolff (Senior Tech Writer)Having been interested in the internals for desktop PCs and laptops from a young age, sometimes much to the distress of my parents, I started writing as a freelancer for the news segment of Notebookcheck in 2016. Since then, I have managed to combine my technology journalism work with my Business Informatics studies at the University of Osnabrück.
Daisy Dickson (Translator)Originally from Scotland, I grew up and lived in Germany until I completed my high school qualifications before moving back to Scotland to complete my university studies. Growing up bilingual led me to form a close relationship with the English and German languages, often working in the fields of teaching and translation. Most of my childhood was shaped by playing around on new consoles, computers and gadgets and getting to grips with the new craze of the internet and smartphones. This interest has stayed with me well into adulthood. Nowadays, I live in Glasgow and work as a freelance translator and digital media coordinator. I have been translating for Notebookcheck since early 2023.
Daniel R Deakin (Managing Editor News & Magazine)My interest in technology began after I was presented with an Atari 800XL home computer in the mid-1980s. I especially enjoy writing about technological advances, compelling rumors, and intriguing tech-related leaks. I have a degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies and count my family, reading, writing, and travel as the main passions of my life. I have been with Notebookcheck since 2012.
Daniel Schmidt (Managing Editor Mobile)As a child I was fascinated by my Commodore 16, and this sparked my enthusiasm for computers. Using my first modem, I surfed the BTX videotext system and later the World Wide Web. I have always been captivated by the latest technologies, and this is especially true for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. I’ve been part of the Notebookcheck team since 2013 and have also on occasion written for Notebookinfo.de, and I’m looking forward to testing new innovations for our readers. I like to spend my spare time indulging in photography and barbecues and being with my family.
Daniel Zlatev (Tech Writer)Wooed by tech since the industrial espionage of Apple computers and the times of pixelized Nintendos, Daniel went and opened a gaming club when personal computers and consoles were still an expensive rarity. Nowadays, fascination is not with specs and speed but rather the lifestyle that computers in our pocket, house, and car have shoehorned us in, from the infinite scroll and the privacy hazards to authenticating every bit and move of our existence.
David Devey (Magazine Writer)Ever since being introduced to Manic Miner on the ZX spectrum I have been an avid gamer and technology fan. Sucked in by UMPC’s and the promise of big power in small packages, I have wasted too much time and energy jailbreaking, flashing and overclocking anything that has an electrical pulse. A staunch advocate for the right to repair, I resent any company that dictates how I can use something I paid for.
Deirdre O Donnell (Senior Tech Writer)I became a professional writer and editor shortly after graduation. My degrees are in biomedical sciences; however, they led to some experience in the biotech area, which convinced me of its potential to revolutionize our health, environment and lives in general. This developed into an all-consuming interest in more aspects of tech over time: I can never write enough on the latest electronics, gadgets and innovations. My other interests include imaging, astronomy, and streaming all the things. Oh, and coffee.
Douglas Black (Tech Writer)Douglas Black is a Technical Writer at Pole Star Defense, executive editor at UltrabookReview, and former Senior Editor at Notebookcheck.net.
Enrico Frahn (Tech Writer)My fascination for technology goes back a long way to the Pentium II era. Modding, overclocking and treasuring computer hardware has since become an integral part of my life. As a student, I further developed a keen interest in mobile technologies that can make the stressful college life so much easier. After I fell in love with the creation of digital content while working in a marketing position, I now scour the web to bring you the most exciting topics in the world of tech. Outside the office, I’m particularly passionate about motorsports and mountain biking.
Fawad Murtaza (Tech Writer)I am Fawad, a fellow tech nerd. As a tech junkie, my relationship with technology goes back to my childhood years. Getting my first Intel Pentium 4 PC was the start of journey that would eventually bring me to Notebookcheck. Finally, I have been writing for tech media since 2018. From small no-name projects to industry leaders, I have worked with a number of tech publications.
Florian Glaser (Managing Editor Gaming Laptops)I discovered my interest in computers in my childhood, growing up with MS-DOS and Windows 3.1 in the early 1990s. I was especially fascinated with computer games, even from an early age. From Monkey Island through Lands of Lore to Doom, I tried every game I could get my hands on. I have been working for Notebookcheck since 2009 with my focus mostly being on high-performance gaming laptops.
Florian Schmitt (Managing Editor Mobile)I initially wrote about gaming laptops when I joined Notebookcheck in 2009. I was then involved with the setup of the comparison portal Notebookinfo and worked with social media concepts for large companies like BMW and Adidas, while also returning to work for Notebookcheck in 2012. Nowadays, I focus on smartphones, tablets, and future technologies. Since 2018 I have been Managing Editor for mobile device reviews, working alongside my colleague Daniel Schmidt.
Hannes Brecher (Senior Tech Writer)Since 2009 I have written for different publications with a focus on consumer electronics. I joined the Notebookcheck news team in 2018 and have combined my many years of experience with laptops and smartphones with my lifelong passion for technology to create informative content for our readers about new developments in this sphere. In addition, my design background as an art director at an ad agency has allowed me to have deeper insights into the peculiarities of this industry.
Henrique Valim (Translator)Since using my first Compaq Presario 5510 back in the late 90s, I have been fascinated by technology of all shapes and sizes. Having lived in Germany since 2014 and built a few computers in the meantime, I began to do translation work during the pandemic and found it immediately appealing as a way to combine my love for computers and technology with my love of German and its tech scene. I enjoyed reading gaming and computer magazines growing up, and I am happy to contribute to Notebookcheck's excellent content in a small way.
J. Simon Leitner (Founder, COO)I am one of the founders of Notebookcheck, which I dedicated myself with after my studies at the Vienna Technical University were completed. Computers have been an integral part of my daily activities since the time of the Commodore C64 and Atari 1040ST. Besides new technologies such as electric mobility and environmental technology, I am also interested in architecture and construction engineering.
Jacob Fisher (Translator)Growing up in regional Australia, I first became acquainted with computers in my early teens after a broken leg from a football (soccer) match temporarily condemned me to a predominately indoor lifestyle. Soon afterwards I was building my own systems. Now I live in Germany, having moved here in 2014, where I study philosophy and anthropology. I am particularly fascinated by how computer technology has fundamentally and dramatically reshaped human culture, and how it continues to do so.
Julian Hanisch (Translator)
Julian van der Merwe (Magazine & Specialist News Writer)My interest in tech started in high school, rooting and flashing my Motorola Defy, but I really fell down the rabbit hole when I realised I could overclock the i7 930 in my Gigabyte pre-built PC. This tinkering addiction eventually lead me to study product design in university. I think tech should improve the lives of the people using it, no matter the field. I like to read and write about laptops, smartphones, software and trends in technology.
Katherine Bodner (Translator)I completed my master's degree in translation at the University of Vienna a few years ago and have been working as a translator for English, German and French ever since. I first started translating for Notebookcheck in 2017 and have learned more about computers than I ever imagined, and I have even become the person my family turns to for advice when it comes to consumer electronics. Other than that I also focus on everything connected to sustainability and renewable energy.
Klaus Hinum (Founder, CTO)I am one of the founders of Notebookcheck. My primary focus is on articles about new CPU and GPU technology. With my scientific background (Ph.D. in computer science) I try to put facts before feelings in my work. I have been writing and working for Notebookcheck since 2005.
Manuel Masiero (Senior Tech Writer)My fascination for computers started with the C64. Since then, I’ve put everything that comes my way in terms of hardware through its paces. From the C64 to the Amiga 500 and the first PC with an 8088 CPU, my list of projects has grown increasingly longer. For more than 20 years now I have also turned my hobby into my profession and have been active in the mobile section of Notebookcheck since 2021. Before that, I worked as a hardware editor for IDG Media (tecChannel.de) and VNU Business Publications (PC professional), among others.
Marc Herter (Managing Editor Consumer Laptops)From an early age I liked to thoroughly examine all kinds of devices to see how they worked, which also involved taking my own devices apart and therefore not always to the delight of my parents. Nevertheless, with my grandfather’s support, I became a computer and electronics tinkerer. With the family PC and Lego Mindstorms, my interested in software and programming took off, and I am currently an engineering program student. I enjoy building all sorts of gadgets with Arduino and 3D printers, and I still like to put electronic devices through their paces. By joining the Notebookcheck editorial team, I have been able to turn my hobby into a profession.
Marcus Herbrich (Senior Tech Writer)I have always been very passionately interested in mobile technologies, especially smartphones. Being a tech enthusiast means the half-life of my devices isn’t exactly long, and being the latest hardware is not enough to suffice as the manufacturer and operating system play a minor role – the most important aspect for me is that the device is state-of-the-art. After posting for Mobi Test I joined Notebookcheck in 2016, where I have been pursuing my enthusiasm for technology by reviewing the latest smartphone, tablet, and accessory trends.
Marcus Schwarten (Senior Tech Writer)I have been fascinated by technology for around 25 years – especially technology that makes life easier rather than more complicated. Mobile devices such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches are particularly close to my heart as is the booming subject of smart homes. I have been working in these areas for several years now as a news and reviews editor. I have been active with various websites, including the smart home blogs homee, Nuki, and siio, as well as tech portals such as Giga and TechRadar. I have been writing news and laptop reviews for Notebookcheck since 2020.
Mario Petzold (Tech Writer)I've been using computers since 1989 and an Intel 8086. I also remember the Internet before college and university networks were supplanted by corporate and social media. The fascination for the technical leaps and social effects never let me go. In particular, I am most interested in the classic PC - and hardly less so in the laptop, in which the components have to come to terms with little space and power. So it seems only logical that I have been writing technical guides and product presentations since 2015. My physics studies provide the necessary basic knowledge and understanding of contexts.
Marius Schell (Tech Writer)Even in my youth I was already very enthusiastic about technology, and as a result I started building PCs, optimizing them, and writing programs while I was still in school. When dealing with the inevitable hardware and software problems associated with computers, I was always relentless in my search for the necessary solutions. The compact forms of laptops and smartphones introduced further challenges in this regard. In my reviews for Notebookcheck I try to communicate as objectively as possible how well a device copes with these hurdles.
Mark Riege (Translator)Having worked as a programmer for 20 years (medical devices, AI, data management systems), I've been following the computer scene for many years and especially enjoy finding out about new technology advances. Originally from Germany but living in the US, I've been working as a translator more recently, with Notebookcheck allowing me to combine my interest in new devices and translation. Other interests include Buddhism, spending time in Tibetan monasteries, and translating ancient Tibetan texts.
Marvin Gollor (Tech Writer)My fascination with computers began as a preschooler. After Windows 95 and the 486, I quickly got into the Internet, which has now completely taken hold of me - and never quite let go. At the age of 11 I built my own PC, but since 2016 I have completely switched to notebooks: Because it allows me to have my entire PC with me everywhere as a traveling freelancer. Still, I'm not a full-time N3rd and passionately play drums, lift weights and love being in our Finnish log cabin!
Matthew Lee (Magazine Writer)In parallel to my studies and work in the Biomedical research, I've held a deep interest in technology for as long as I can remember. Over the years that's drifted towards the more compact, efficient end of the market, seeing just how much can be squeezed out of laptops or tiny towers, as well as the design and manufacturing side of the chips we use every day. Just don't ever ask me to code!
Nicole Dominikowski (Tech Writer)
Ninh Ngoc Duy (Editorial Assistant)My main responsibility as an editorial assistant is maintaining the Library section, which aggregates reviews from other publications and channels. In addition, my daily breakfast is Notebookcheck's long list of new content, which I comb through to select the most interesting topics for translation from English to French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch."
Philip Macdonald (Tech Writer)Knowing from an early age that I wanted to be a writer, I took every computer and information technology course on offer at school. After my Bachelor's degree in German and English Studies at the University of Cologne I started a Master's degree in Media, Ethics and Social Change at the University of Sussex, while working as an editor for a smart home and technology portal. I have been writing for Notebookcheck since 2023.
Polly Allcock (Tech Writer)I've been interested in technology for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I have loved gadgets and understanding how things work. Since graduating, I have worked for several technology companies across FinTech, AdTech and Robotics.
Ricci Rox (Senior Tech Writer)I like tech, simple as. Half the time, you can catch me writing snarky sales copy. The rest of the time, I'm either keeping readers abreast with the latest happenings in the mobile tech world or watching football. I worked as both a journo and freelance content writer for a couple of years before joining the Notebookcheck team in 2017. Feel free to shoot me some questions on Twitter or Reddit if it so tickles thine fancy.
Ronald Matta (Senior Editor News)I have been an editor at Notebookcheck since 2007. As a freelance writer, I have also written for other print and online media, including contributing to the local press. Before becoming a journalist, I worked as a trained network technician in the planning and development of corporate networks, among other things, and as a fashion photographer based in Milan. As a former competitive athlete, my passion for technology and science is complemented by a passion for all kinds of outdoor sports. When it comes to specific subjects, I’m particularly interested in video, photography, smart homes, and wearables.
Sam Medley (Senior Tech Writer)I've been a computer geek my entire life. After graduating college with a degree in Mathematics, I worked in finance and banking a few years before taking a job as a database administrator. I started working with Notebookcheck in October of 2016 and have enjoyed writing news and reviews. I've also written for other outlets including UltrabookReview and GeeksWorldWide, focusing on consumer guidance and video gaming. My areas of interest include the business side of technology, retro gaming, Linux, and innovative gadgets. When I'm not writing on electronics or tinkering with a device, I'm either outside with my family, enjoying a decade-old video game, or playing drums or piano.
Sanjiv Sathiah (Senior Tech Writer)I have been writing about consumer technology over the past ten years, previously with the former MacNN and Electronista, and now Notebookcheck since 2017. My first computer was an Apple ][c and this sparked a passion for Apple, but also technology in general. In the past decade, I’ve become increasingly platform agnostic and love to get my hands on and explore as much technology as I can get my hand on. Whether it is Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux, Nintendo, Xbox, or PlayStation, each has plenty to offer and has given me great joy exploring them all. I was drawn to writing about tech because I love learning about the latest devices and also sharing whatever insights my experience can bring to the site and its readership.
Sascha Mölck (Senior Tech Writer)What started as a side job during my computer science studies later became my main job: For more than 20 years now I have been working as an editor and author in the IT sector. While working in the print sector I also contributed to the creation of various loose-leaf publications and published original written pieces. I have been working for Notebookcheck since 2012.
Sebastian Bade (Senior Tech Writer)I was already interested in technology from an early age, and I was able to study for my dream job as an IT Systems Electronics Engineer. Subsequently, I started 12 years of military service, during which I learned a lot about technology and constantly kept my knowledge up to date with the latest developments. As I like to share my knowledge, I found Notebookcheck was a very good opportunity for this. In addition, I also work a lot with water cooling and network security.
Sebastian Jentsch (Managing Editor Consumer Laptops)Computers always had an important place in my life, starting with an Intel 80286 microprocessor in the early 1990s. I became interested in the productive side of technology, especially in campus radio, while studying at TU Chemnitz and during a trainee program in Belfast. Hardware interests led me to manage Notebookjournal.de, which is now a division of Notebooksbilliger, for a few years. I became self-employed in 2010 and took the next logical step in my career by starting to write for Notebookcheck.
Silvio Werner (Senior Tech Writer)I have been active as a journalist for over 10 years, most of it in the field of technology. I worked for Tom’s Hardware and ComputerBase, among others, and have been working for Notebookcheck since 2017. My current focus is particularly on mini PCs and single-board computers such as the Raspberry Pi – so in other words, compact systems with a lot of potential. In addition, I have a soft spot for all kinds of wearables, especially smartwatches. My main profession is as a laboratory engineer, which is why neither scientific contexts nor the interpretation of complex measurements are foreign to me.
Stefan Hinum (Founder, CEO, CFO)I am one of the founders of Notebookcheck. I am in control of finances (including ad management), multiple language sections, and the external review library. Before Notebookcheck was founded, I worked as a bookkeeping software developer.
Stefanie Voigt (Translator)
Stephanie Chamberlain (Translator)I've been fascinated with technology ever since I got my very first Android smartphone, which was quite a while ago. The power packed into such a small footprint still amazes me. Learning to program made my understanding of technology deeper, and at the same time, it expanded my interest to the area of desktop computers and laptops. All this led me to enjoy reading and watching reviews of new devices, and that's how I stumbled upon Notebookcheck. I immediately found their reviews to be very comprehensive, and luckily, I've even had the chance of translating them since 2019. When it comes to the huge field of technology, I'm currently also interested in specializing in Java programming.
Translated (Translator)Translated was established in 1999 by linguist Isabelle Andrieu and computer scientist Marco Trombetti with the mission of allowing everyone to understand and be understood in their own language. Tudor Cibean (Tech Writer)I've been interested in technology ever since I built my first gaming PC in my early teens. Almost a decade later, I managed to turn that passion into a career by becoming a tech writer. Whenever I'm not working, I'm usually out riding my bike, grilling, or watching sci-fi movies.
Vaidyanathan Subramaniam (Managing Editor)Though a cell and molecular biologist by training, I have been drawn towards computers from a very young age ever since I got my first PC in 1998. My passion for technology grew quite exponentially with the times, and it has been an incredible experience from being a much solicited source for tech advice and troubleshooting among family and friends to joining Notebookcheck in 2017 as a professional tech journalist. Now, I am a Lead Editor at Notebookcheck covering news and reviews encompassing a wide gamut of the technology landscape for Indian and global audiences. When I am not hunting for the next big story or taking complex measurements for reviews, you can find me unwinding to a nice read, listening to some soulful music, or trying out a new game.
Vishal Bhardwaj (Tech Writer)I've always been interested in technology, but it was my passion for music-making and photography that led me to dive deep into audio and imaging technology and understand all the tools that had fascinated me. I hold degrees in electronics engineering and business management, and have worked as a software developer as well as in marketing. Apart from being an amateur musician and photographer, I enjoy reading books, being outdoors, cooking and lately, running.
Zhiwei Zhuang (Translator)After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, I moved from Singapore to Cologne in 2014 and began pursuing a career as a freelance translator. Much of my translation work focuses on science, engineering and technology. My fascination with computers and mobile electronics began when I was young. And I have fond memories reading countless tech and gaming magazines. Working with Notebookcheck gives me the opportunity to incorporate my personal interests into my professional work.
Sergey Tarasov (Senior Tech Writer)I love reading stuff. I also love dealing with different electronic devices, be that a remotely controlled toy or a new MacBook. When I am not at work, you can try searching for me somewhere in the mountains of Altai Republic, Russia.
