Samsung is preparing the Galaxy Book4 Pro and Galaxy Book4 Pro 360, specifications of which have already leaked online. Supposedly, Samsung will equip both machines with one of Intel's Meteor Lake processors, as well as high-resolution AMOLED displays. The pair will feature Thunderbolt 4 connectivity, plus LPDDR5X RAM and high-capacity batteries, among other features.

Windows Report has disclosed various details about the Galaxy Book4 Pro and Galaxy Book4 Pro 360, the 'Pro' alternatives to the Galaxy Book4 and Galaxy Book4 360. Also, the pair will sit as mid-tier options in Samsung's Galaxy Book4 series behind the Galaxy Book4 Ultra. As such, the Galaxy Book4 Pro and Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 will lack dedicated graphics cards, unlike the GeForce RTX 4070-equipped Galaxy Book4 Ultra.

Still, both laptops are expected to feature the Core Ultra 7 155U, a Meteor Lake architecture processor that can boost to 4.8 GHz. Unfortunately, other details about the Core Ultra 7 155U remain unknown for now, other than it will integrate Intel Arc Graphics and 24 MB of Smart Cache. Moreover, Samsung will equip the Galaxy Book4 Pro and Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, plus the following ports:

  • 1x 3.5 mm jack
  • 1x MicroSD card slot
  • 2x Thunderbolt 4
  • 1 USB 3.2 Type-A

However, the pair will differ in a few areas, including their screen sizes. Seemingly, the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 will share the same 16-inch display as the Galaxy Book4 Ultra, an AMOLED panel that resolves at 2,880 x 1,800 pixels. By contrast, the Galaxy Book4 Pro is rumoured to feature a 14-inch equivalent, albeit also a 2,880 x 1,800-pixel AMOLED panel.

Accordingly, the latter is smaller and lighter than the former, with Windows Report quoting a 312 x 223 x 11 mm and 1.26 kg footprint for the Galaxy Book4 and a 355 x 252 x 12.8 mm and 1.66 kg footprint for the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360. Furthermore, the Galaxy Book4 is said to have a smaller 68 Wh battery than the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360, which features a 76 Wh capacity. Pricing and availability have not leaked for now, although the pair's dimensions and port selection imply that they will resemble their predecessors.
