Nvidia GeForce Game Ready Driver 546.17 arrives alongside GeForce Experience 3.27
For a while now, Nvidia did not mention the presence of anything new for laptop users in its regular GPU driver updates. Now, the GeForce Game Ready Driver 546.17 and GeForce Experience 3.27 arrive to take care of that problem. While the driver package itself doesn't include too many changes, the GeForce Experience app refresh packs quite a punch.
According to Nvidia, the latest driver package "delivers the definitive experience in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" by offering DLSS 3, DLAA, and Reflex support. Next to this, the piece of code labeled 546.17 also provides these three technologies to the Steam beta update of Starfield.
Moving to GeForce Experience, it should be mentioned that its recent update brings full support for GeForce RTX 40 series laptops. This means that mobile GPUs from the RTX 40 series can finally enjoy ShadowPlay, DLSS 3, Whisper Mode, or Battery Boost 2. The list of games that get optimal settings support is quite long and includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Need For Speed Unbound, WRC Generations - The FIA WRC Official Game, and many others. The entire list can be found on this page.
GeForce Experience will update itself and then it can be used to download the driver. However, those who don't have the app yet can grab it from Nvidia (it's free) and give it a chance.
